By accessing or using Royal Ride Plus ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") services, including our website, mobile applications, and transportation services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Services

Royal Ride Plus provides premium transportation services including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers and pickups
• Point-to-point transportation
• Hourly chauffeur services
• Corporate transportation
• Special event transportation
• Long-distance travel services

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Booking and Cancellation

4.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or notification from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
• 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund
• No-show: Full charge applies

Special event and peak-period bookings may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved corporate accounts.

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices include base fare and may include tolls, parking, and gratuity as applicable
• Additional charges may apply for wait time, extra stops, or route deviations
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred

6. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Engage in illegal, threatening, harassing, or abusive behavior
• Damage, deface, or vandalize any vehicle or property
• Smoke, vape, or consume illegal substances in vehicles
• Transport illegal materials, weapons, or hazardous substances
• Interfere with or endanger the driver's ability to operate safely
• Make false or fraudulent bookings
• Use the Services for any purpose other than personal transportation

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of service, account suspension, and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROYAL RIDE PLUS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in vehicles
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Royal Ride Plus and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website and applications are the property of Royal Ride Plus or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action.

For claims under $10,000, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Royal Ride Plus regarding your use of the Services.
